Second (Evenings)Overview:
Sentara Albemarle Medical Center is now hiring a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist. This position will be a part of the Psychiatric Emergency Response team that completes assessments for emergency department patients with mental health needs.
Anticipated Schedule:Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM. Position will be mostly onsite with flexibility for some virtual days.
Masters Level Degree in Counseling Psychology Social Work or related field (Required)
Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both VA and NC (Required)
If only licensed in one state or the other Sentara will provide assistance to become licensed in the other state.
Experience
Prior crisis behavioral health experience (Strongly preferred)
Prior related experience (Preferred)
