This internship is your chance to explore how Talent Management drives impact across an international business. Youll collaborate closely with our Global Talent Management Team gaining hands-on experience and insights into how we support and grow our people worldwide.
You wont just be observing youll be contributing. From helping roll out key processes to shaping how we communicate them. Your voice and ideas will matter. Were looking for someone curious proactive and excited to learn in a space where inclusion innovation and growth are part of the everyday.
You will be working as part of the Enabling Function Talent Talent Acquisition and Learning (TTL) and specifically with the Talent Management team. During this internshipyou will especially connect with other HR colleagues globally.
Youll help improve and bring to life key talent processes like employee experience performance management talent reviews succession planning and development. Your work will include hands-on tasks and project support especially around communication and project coordination.
