Duties and Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops across various disciplines within the Centre.
- Content Creation: Write engaging content for the Centre encompassing a wide range of publications and training materials both print and digital.
- Professional Consulting: Provide expert advice to enhance the Centres operations and the execution of diverse projects.
- Diverse Role Fulfillment: Take on a variety of ad hoc responsibilities as directed by the Centres Director or their designate
- Flexible Schedule: Be prepared to work outside of standard office hours including weekends to meet the Centres objectives.
Requirements
- possess a Masters degree in clinical psychology and at least 5 years of clinical academic or professional experience; preferably have community services experience
- strong leadership self-motivated and responsible
- an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- good interpersonal communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- the ability to work on a tight schedule to meet project deadlines
- the ability to work independently and in a team
- familiarity with the local education system with experience working with schools and managing educational research projects as an advantage

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
