Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Collaborate with team members to plan develop and implement project activities for Medicaid or healthcare-related systems.
- Support and analyze compliance efforts with federal and state requirements and project methodologies.
- Develop execute and report on test cases and testing activities.
- Assist in identifying tracking and resolving defects.
- Facilitate and document project meetings including managing action items.
- Conduct JAD sessions and collaborate with client SMEs and vendor teams for scope definition.
- Develop and present client communications and documentation including training materials.
- Gather document and track business requirements.
- Review and assist in the development of system design documents to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor potential project risks and issues and communicate them to project management.
- Prepare review and maintain compliance of project artifacts and documentation.
- Validate post-implementation activities with requirements traceability matrix.
- No sponsorship; must be local and able to work in a hybrid setting.
- Requires 6 years of experience in Medicaid/healthcare and 4 years as a primary business analyst in ALM system projects.
