Job Description:
- Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Business Development Representative to expand their presence in the industrial sector. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with at least two years of experience in industrial sales and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with industrial clients including warehouses factories food packaging companies manufacturing plants and distribution centers.
- Conduct customer drop-bys cold calls and scheduled visits to establish relationships and generate leads.
- Maintain organized records of sales visits client interactions and follow-up actions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MacFawns restoration services to industrial clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed efficiently.
- Track and report on sales progress pipeline development and client engagement metrics.
- Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
- Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop trust and credibility with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the industrial sector required.
- Established network or experience working with warehouses factories food processing facilities and similar industrial businesses.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and document all sales activities.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
