ROLE PURPOSE
As a Retentions Team Leader youll be the driving force behind a high-performing retention team. You will coach mentor and inspire agents to achieve individual team and business targets. This role is about keeping clients engaged maximizing retention and creating a motivated results-driven team that consistently delivers exceptional outcomes.
With energy leadership and a passion for growth you will shape the teams performance support their development and ensure smooth efficient operations all while contributing to the overall success of our Cape Town operations.
