Your Mission:
Ensure every HR experiencefrom a new hires first day to employee celebrationsis seamless meaningful and memorable by working with your HR team. Youll be the cornerstone of our HR team bringing consistency and care to our everyday interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding logistics with a personal touch.
Craft internal communicationswelcome messages surveys newsletterswith clarity and warmth.
Manage recognition calendars event logistics and team celebrations.
Support documentation and administrative tools for performance and compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute HR initiatives with design finance and admin teams.
