Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding logistics with a personal touch.
Craft internal communicationswelcome messages surveys newsletterswith clarity and warmth.
Manage recognition calendars event logistics and team celebrations.
Support documentation and administrative tools for performance and compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute HR initiatives with design finance and admin teams.
