HRSI is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to support and drive HR excellence across our Supply Chain function covering Production Quality Engineering Warehouse and Logistics.
The HR Business Partner Supply Chain will play a key role in aligning people strategies with operational goals ensuring effective workforce planning capability development performance management and compliance. The position is critical in fostering a high-performance engaged and safe plant environment that supports operational excellence and business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to Supply Chain leadership aligning HR initiatives with operational priorities.

Lead workforce planning talent acquisition and capability enhancement for all plant functions.

Drive performance managementincluding KPI alignment assessments coaching and reviews.

Strengthen technical and behavioral competencies through training talent pipelines and succession planning.

Build strong talent pools for engineering and technical operations.

Manage employee relations disciplinary processes and compliance to maintain a strong work culture.

Lead employee engagement and safety culture initiatives across supply chain teams.

Support change management process optimization and operational restructuring.
- Collaborate with TA teams for quality hiring and effective onboarding.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration from a reputable institution.
- Excellent communication strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving skill
Experiance :
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience
Strong background in plant HR technical workforce management and capability development.
Proven ability to work closely with operational leaders in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in HR partnering employee relations workforce planning and performance management.
