Virtelligence is expanding its HR team! Were looking for a Senior HR Recruiter / HR Manager who is passionate about end-to-end recruitment and driving talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and international roles
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and social platforms
Conduct initial screening schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct onboarding & offboarding processes
Prepare job descriptions hiring reports and recruitment plans
Manage HR documentation policies and employee relations when required
Collaborate with internal teams for workforce planning
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
