- 4 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated responsibility in leading HR initiatives or overseeing core HR functions.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational time-management and multitasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and working knowledge of HR information systems or HRIS platforms.
- A proactive adaptable and positive mindset with a strong commitment to maintaining a productive engaging and compliant work culture.
- Prior experience within a tech or software services environment is highly advantageous.
- Foundational understanding of employment laws regulatory requirements and HR best practices with the ability to guide teams on policy adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings screening interviews and onboarding ensuring alignment with workforce plans and hiring standards.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and department managers addressing queries concerns and grievances with timely resolutions and sound judgment.
- Support and guide performance management activities including review cycles feedback processes and tracking of performance metrics.
- Drive consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies across all departments providing leadership and clarifying expectations where required.
- Monitor audit and enforce compliance with company policies HR processes employment laws and regulatory standards; ensure proactive risk mitigation.
- Maintain update and oversee HR documentation and employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Address policy-related concerns and violations document cases and support corrective and preventive measures in partnership with leadership.
- Lead compliance-focused HR process improvements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving HR regulations and standards.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and facilitating or coordinating training and development sessions.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives including team-building activities wellness programs and culture-enhancing efforts.
