Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening interview coordination and hiring

Manage daily HR operations including attendance employee records and documentation

Handle onboarding orientation and HR compliance processes

Maintain accurate HR databases and employee files

Coordinate with department heads on workforce and hiring needs

Requirements

34 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment
