Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Warehousing
for the receipts of all incoming deliveries put-away of received materials and other goods until designated storage issuance of materials to production and to other requestors picking and packing of Finished Goods shipment to internal and external customers and other material special shipment request by stakeholders.
on conducting periodic inventory count based on count plan to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
of strict execution of good warehousing standards related to quality and security of materials (material handling storage requirements - ESD Temperature and Related Humidity expiration monitoring and FIFO / FEFO ruling).
on implementing 5S/6S and Safety standards and practices during daily operations.
on reporting all Warehouse operational concerns to corresponding stakeholders to achieve timely and proper resolution.
help the Team Leader and Supervisor to monitor inventory levels to establish correct min-max quantities for consumable inventory.
to provide support on helping the department in achieving the annual goals using the agreed target through KPI metrics.
be assigned on specific task that may include physical strength during Warehouse re-organization stock compression and transfers from to different areas.
Education & Experience
- At least 2nd year in college or graduate of any vocational / associate college courses. Bachelors Degree is an advantage. Open to consider fresh graduates.
Skills
- Computer literate (MS Office and MS Outlook) experience in Warehousing and SAP system is a plus.
Working Conditions
