Job Summary
ServiceNow SAM Specialist (Software Asset Management)
Purpose: Configure and implement the ServiceNow SAM module for license tracking optimization and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Implement workflows for software license management.
- Develop dashboards and reports for compliance and usage.
- Ensure SAM meets functional and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified (SAM Implementation Specialist or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SAM.
