Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Analyze customer data to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Product Support) to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
Design and implement customer engagement strategies and loyalty programs.
Track customer KPIs (e.g. retention rate NPS satisfaction scores) and report performance metrics.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts.
