- Provide HR Support: Assist employees with HR-related inquiries including benefits payroll and employee records.
- Process Transactions: Handle transactions such as onboarding new employees updating employee information and processing leave requests.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related issues ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and procedures.
- Training: Provide training and support to employees on HR processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Must Haves
- 2-4 years experience in Workday & Servicenow
- Experience in global companies in HRSD roles (preferred KPOs/GCCs)
- Should have worked in HR shared services model
