Job Summary
Preparation of schematic circuit diagram on NX/Capital-H/CATIA/CR5000.
Preparation of 2D drawings and release in NX/Capital-H/CATIA/CR5000.
Design/selection of harness retention components (Cable tie brackets protectors etc.)
Electrical load calculation selection of wires insulations fuses etc.
Troubleshooting of electrical systems wiring harness and preparation of RCA.
Should have good knowledge and expertise of wiring harness standards.
Should have knowledge of the prototype of wiring harnesses.
Should have good knowledge of defining low high voltage verification & validation requirements along with thermal and safety.
Responsibility of Wiring harness 3D routing 2D drawing and part design.
Knowledge of EV components like as- BMS Controller convertors etc.
Knowledge of homologation requirement & standards
Knowledge of controller sensors cluster & CAN protocol
