About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience across Claims & Correspondence platforms. Youll bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery driving strategic outcomes in a dynamic environment.
What Youll Do
- Translate business vision into actionable specifications and requirements that guide delivery teams
- Champion customer-centric digital solutions by analysing and validating business processes and systems
- Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions to support Agile delivery
- Guide stakeholders through UAT and post-implementation changes to ensure successful outcomes
- Build strong relationships across Technology & Operations corporate functions and external vendors
- Apply analytical techniques to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions
What Youll Bring
- Comparable experience of at least 3 years in a technical role
- BAW (Business Automation Workflow) and ICS (IBM Content Services) is essential
- Experience in Agile delivery including user stories acceptance criteria and ceremonies
- Previous experience working with software development teams
- Proficient in tools such as Jira Confluence and SmartCOMM
- Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities with a focus on customer outcomes
