Recibo Verde collaboration
2000/month 500 bonus for each successfully completed project

About the job
This job is posted under the name of Klass Wagen but it is not for the company itself its for one of the companys founders who is looking for a reliable person to manage projects at his private property near Bombarral.
What you will do
You will coordinate and supervise various development and maintenance projects such as:
- Installation and maintenance of lawn
- Building and maintaining a vegetable garden
- Setting up and caring for a small fruit tree orchard
- Terrace with barbecue sauna jacuzzi etc.
- Wooden deck construction (60 m²)
- Pedestrian path (80 m²)
- House insulation and other improvements
Your main responsibility is to organize plan supervise and ensure quality not to do all the work yourself. However basic technical skills are required and it is appreciated when you can also fix things independently when needed.
Tasks include:
- Finding and coordinating collaborators
- Negotiating pricing and deadlines
- Planning the execution
- Overseeing progress and final results
- Occasionally helping hands-on with small fixes when it makes sense
Who were looking for
- Responsible honest calm and trustworthy (you will have full access to the property)
- Strong technical sense and practical skills
- Proactive and solutions-oriented doesnt get blocked when problems appear
- Understands that delays or errors can happen but learns and adjusts
- Speaks conversational English (mandatory)
- Loves animals the property is home to 3 dogs and 3 cats
- Open to a long-term collaboration including general care of the property when the owner is abroad
Work schedule
- Monday to Friday 08:30 17:30
- Includes 1 hour lunch break
- If a contractor works on the weekend you are expected to be present in that case your day(s) off will be moved during the week.
Housing option
If you would like to live in Peniche or Baleal the owner is open to renting a 2-bedroom apartment together and splitting the rent.
Although he will rarely use the apartment you would have it for yourself most of the time.
