Job Description
Job Title: Python Data Engineer / ETL Developer
Location: Atlanta GA Onsite
Duration: Long Term
Overview:
Seeking a skilled Python Data Engineer / ETL Developer to support the integrating RFID merchandise events store transactions and third-party platforms (TrueVue Enterprise & Cloud) to enable reporting theft detection and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain ETL pipelines capturing RFID events and reconciling with store transactions

Migrate legacy data sources (Teradata BigQuery / DCR Trust tables)

Develop API-based integrations for TrueVue Enterprise & Cloud
-
Implement replay mechanisms for transactional data resiliency
-
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and meet requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Python for ETL automation and data integration
-
Strong SQL Server & BigQuery skills; SSIS experience a plus

API development/integration (REST)

Knowledge of RFID retail systems transactional data flows DCR & Fulfillment Systems

5 years in ETL/Data Engineering roles in retail or supply chain

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
