Were pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. The office location will be either Copenhagen or Billund based on your current residential location.

Core Responsibilities

  • Calendar and inbox management for the SVP Global Brand Development.

  • Be part of the EA network in the Product and Marketing Development org.

  • Support daily management duties of the SVP e.g. travel bookings visa applications expense management purchasing orders taking proactive actions.

  • Support readiness of SVP ahead of meetings (coordinate pre-reads in due time collect necessary information).

  • Attend Leadership Team (LT) meetings responsible for note taking and capturing actions preparation of meeting agenda and materials and other meeting practicalities.

  • LT event & workshop planning & logistics in Denmark and abroad.

  • Support the preparation of documents needed to be issued by SVP.

  • Organise Global Brand Development organisation occasional off-site or events.

  • May have ad-hoc project participation & support tasks depending on personal interest and capacity.

  • Maintain information sharing and good networking with EA colleagues across The LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven experience as a successful PA/EPA or in a comparable administrative role for senior leaders ideally within a global organization.

  • Experience planning and delivering meetings and events.

  • Strong skills with the usage of Microsoft Office programs.

  • Great communication skills and the ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Strong ability to multitask prioritise and stay organised day to day.

  • Comfortable working with multiple semi-defined and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the hour.

  • Team player with a high degree of collaboration able to build relationships quickly and effectively.

  • Proficiency working in written and spoken English.
