Your Role
As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis you will lead a team of Business Controllers and BI experts driving financial insight and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting and KPI tracking (monthly quarterly annually ad hoc)
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and strategic planning processes
- Partner with senior leadership to support business performance and growth
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement through digitalization and smarter analytics
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Consolidate financial statements (Balance Sheet Income Statement Cash Flow)
- Develop and maintain planning and budgeting systems
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
What we are looking for:
You have strong analytical skills and a passion for driving with strong results. You thrive in dynamic environments and are recognized as an expert in your field.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Finance or related field
- 5 experience in Finance ideally Controlling
- Proven leadership experience is a plus but you will get an opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
