Your Role

As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis you will lead a team of Business Controllers and BI experts driving financial insight and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting and KPI tracking (monthly quarterly annually ad hoc)
• Oversee budgeting forecasting and strategic planning processes
• Partner with senior leadership to support business performance and growth
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement through digitalization and smarter analytics
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Consolidate financial statements (Balance Sheet Income Statement Cash Flow)
• Develop and maintain planning and budgeting systems
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management

What we are looking for:

You have strong analytical skills and a passion for driving with strong results. You thrive in dynamic environments and are recognized as an expert in your field.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Finance or related field
• 5 experience in Finance ideally Controlling
• Proven leadership experience is a plus but you will get an opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
