出荷承認を伴わない設置管理医療機器のインスタレーションデータシート承認作業

サービス部門事務サポート:情報収集及びデータ入力業務(Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Mail/SVMAX/BOX/Sharepoint/eCockPit/SupportCentral):自部署以外のデータ収集を行い品質記録データ等の複雑な入力作業

規定文書/手順書などの通知管理と更新(Word/Excel): 各担当者からサービス本部規定各製品の手順書の新規発行および改定の際に作成者から更新の依頼が来たら決まった手順で更新をしサービス本部関係者へメールで通知する (基本は月曜に定期発行するが即日発行もあり)

校正機器Admin:不適合発生時の窓口及びデータ管理

ISO修理業監査サポート:説明資料や議事録の作成事前準備のサポートISO及び修理業の内部監査員としてのサポート

CAPAサポート:NC対応からのTrackWiseDigetal入力や進捗のリード

社内情報の通知管理と更新(Word/Excel): 各担当者より作成された社内情報の通知管理と更新関係者へその旨をお知らせするメールの配信(社内情報文書が各担当者より作成されるとその内容を関係者へ周知させる為に依頼が来ますそれに対してアプリの更新と関係者へお知らせするメールを配信する) (基本は月曜に定期発行するが即日発行もあり)

問い合わせ対応サポート業務(簡単な英語日本語でのコミュニケーションスキルWord/Excel/Google 翻訳など使用可能): 担当者から英語で質問が来ますのでその内容を日本語へ翻訳し日本の担当者へ問い合わせを行いその返信を英語で回答する
