フィールドサービスエンジニア II としてICP-MSICP-OES原子吸光分析装置AAなどの高度な分析装置の設置保守トラブルシューティング修理を担当していただきます研究機関産業分野医療分野のお客様を支援し高品質な技術サービスを通じて装置の性能維持および顧客満足度の向上に貢献するポジションです
主な業務内容
- 分析装置の設置および操作運用トレーニングの実施
- トラブルシューティング修理予防保全作業
- 装置の検証点検性能確認
- サービス作業報告書の作成およびフィールド情報の共有
- サービスプロセス改善および社内ナレッジ共有への貢献
- 保守契約有償修理装置アップグレードの提案
- 顧客社内チームパートナーとの密な連携
応募要件
- 電子工学工学物理化学または関連分野の学位
- サービスエンジニア経験または分析装置のユーザー経験があれば尚可
- 機械および電気に関するトラブルシューティング能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびカスタマーサービス志向
- 英語マニュアルを読解できるレベルの語学力
- 担当地域内で 5075 の出張が可能な方
- 最大約 23kg50lbsの機器を扱える身体的条件

Field Service Engineer II Thermo Fisher Scientific
About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer II you will install maintain troubleshoot and repair advanced analytical instruments including ICP-MS ICP-OES and AA systems. You will support customers in research industrial and healthcare environments by delivering high-quality technical service and contributing to improved instrument performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install analytical instruments and provide operational training
Perform troubleshooting repairs and preventive maintenance
Conduct system validation inspection and performance checks
Prepare detailed service reports and communicate field feedback
Support service process improvements and internal knowledge sharing
Propose service contracts paid repairs and upgrade solutions
Collaborate closely with customers internal teams and partners
Requirements
Degree in Electronics Engineering Physics Chemistry or related fields
Experience as a service engineer or analytical instrument user preferred
Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to read English technical manuals
Ability to travel 5075% and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability across different products
