Our client is a renowned organization known for its extensive international reach. While maintaining a solid market position they are in search of a Change and Transformation Management Manager to shape and guide their digital transformation journey and technology vision
About the client
The transformation manager will play a central role in steering organizational development by deploying cloud-based solutions while also managing people-focused transformation initiatives. The role calls for guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver digital changes nurture stakeholder alignment and maximize the employee experience throughout adoption phases. Act as a catalyst for change developing project structures and controls that balance technical schedules with human elements for lasting transformation. Foster relationships with technology and leadership partners serving as the bridge for feedback issue resolution and project status updates. Champion structured change programmes: assess the impact of each initiative craft communication streams prepare learning content and measure business readiness to ensure seamless service transition. Build capacity for change by coaching internal advocates supporting teams through evolving practices and troubleshooting adoption barriers with targeted interventions . Shape and deliver future-oriented people processes collaborating on data migration and testing strategies to ensure robust system implementation. Lastly track progress budgets and deliverables ensuring every milestone supports broader organizational goals and values .
The successful applicant
- Degree in a relevant field such as IT Business and certification in change management is highly desirable
- Strong background in rolling out enterprise HR platforms (especially SAP SuccessFactors) and leading digital or other transformation initiatives
- Prosci or ADKAR certified will be advantageous
- Experience collaborating on large-scale business change programmes from concept through to execution ideally in matrixor global settings
- Proficient in project management and agile methods with the ability to balance technical implementations and organizational priorities
- Excellent relationship-building skills change leadership and communication abilities able to engage teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Proven analytical skills adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem solving with a commitment to continual improvement
- Comfortable adopting new technology and project management tools and open to working flexibly across time zones and functions
- Good command in English and Chinese
