Job Title: Finance Manager - Brands
Location: Field Based
Job Length: Full Time
Working Hours: 37.5

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together the one common goal remains and that is ensuring our people succeed.
About the role:
As Finance Manager Brands youll play a key role in supporting the financial performance planning and decision-making for one of our core brand portfolios. Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager Brands youll help deliver insight drive value and ensure strong financial governance across the brand.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand Directors and Senior Managers to guide strategic decisions and improve financial performance.
- Deliver clear analysis of budgets forecasts and prior year comparisons to highlight key focus areas.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities early working cross-functionally to address them.
- Support budget cycles and rolling forecasts with robust assumption-driven plans.
- Evaluate and challenge innovation investments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and ROI.
- Drive simplification and clarity in finance processes supporting integration and continuous improvement.
- Build financial capability across brand and finance teams through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Role model company values and provide ad-hoc support to senior finance leadership when needed
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Confident with numbers and able to explain financial data clearly to non-finance teams
- Proactive attitude with a focus on getting things done
- Understands business strategy and how finance supports it
- Builds strong relationships and can influence others effectively
- Comfortable solving problems in uncertain situations
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is a bonus
