What Youll Do:
- Be the On-Camera Brand Representative: Serve as the live host representing the company and its values to our Russian-speaking audience.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Represent the brand with confidence professionalism and consistency during all broadcasted game sessions.
- Drive Player Engagement: Deliver fun highly interactive and energetic game sessions to captivate and retain players.
- Sustain High Energy: Maintain a positive and vibrant atmosphere in a fast-paced live broadcasting environment.
- Support Growth: Actively contribute to continuous operational improvements and strategies for future brand development.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Fluency: Fluent Russian (C2) and English (B2) with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic Personality: Outgoing energetic and completely confident on camera.
- Composure & Accuracy: Ability to remain calm and maintain accuracy under the pressure of a live setting.
- Flexibility: Available for 24/7 rotating shifts (with self-selection options available).
- Core Skills: Strong reliability attention to detail and a clear customer-service focus.
