Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Integration Manager to lead the strategic planning execution and oversight of systems and application integration efforts across our enterprise. This role demands a proactive leader with strong technical acumen stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver complex integration projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Define integration strategy architecture and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement integration solutions using APIs middleware ETL tools and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with business analysts developers QA and IT operations to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
Oversee integration testing performance tuning issue resolution and deployment.
Ensure compliance with security data governance and regulatory standards.
Monitor KPIs prepare status reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Mentor junior integration staff and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).
2 years of experience in systems or application integration; prior managerial experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g. REST/SOAP APIs ESBs iPaaS ETL).
Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$50 - $75 per hour.
