Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations for a fast-scaling multinational group. This role will drive end-to-end financial management build scalable systems and provide insights that shape business growth and investor confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Governance
- Establish and oversee accounting reporting payroll and expense systems across entities.
- Design and implement internal controls payment workflows and banking arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local regulations.
Budgeting Forecasting & Analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; develop dynamic financial models and reports.
- Monitor performance cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Identify risks and implement control frameworks to safeguard company assets.
Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
- Advise leadership on financial strategy fundraising and capital allocation.
- Prepare investor reports due diligence materials and support financing rounds ($100M).
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business and financial priorities.
- Manage relationships with auditors regulators and financial institutions.
Leadership & People Development
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team; promote accountability and collaboration.
- Drive continuous process improvement automation and scalability across operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA ACCA or CFA preferred.
- 12-15 years of progressive finance experience including 35 years in a Head of Finance/CFO capacity.
- Proven track record in fundraising or managing multi-market financial structures ($100M).
- Deep knowledge of IFRS (9 15 16) and multi-currency consolidation.
- Experience in gaming fintech or payments industries preferred (PSP AML/CTF player fund segregation).
- Strong analytical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
