Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations for a fast-scaling multinational group. This role will drive end-to-end financial management build scalable systems and provide insights that shape business growth and investor confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Governance

Establish and oversee accounting reporting payroll and expense systems across entities.
Design and implement internal controls payment workflows and banking arrangements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local regulations.

Budgeting Forecasting & Analysis

Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; develop dynamic financial models and reports.
Monitor performance cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
Identify risks and implement control frameworks to safeguard company assets.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

Advise leadership on financial strategy fundraising and capital allocation.
Prepare investor reports due diligence materials and support financing rounds ($100M).
Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business and financial priorities.
Manage relationships with auditors regulators and financial institutions.

Leadership & People Development

Build and lead a high-performing finance team; promote accountability and collaboration.
Drive continuous process improvement automation and scalability across operations.

Requirements

Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA ACCA or CFA preferred.
12-15 years of progressive finance experience including 35 years in a Head of Finance/CFO capacity.
Proven track record in fundraising or managing multi-market financial structures ($100M).
Deep knowledge of IFRS (9 15 16) and multi-currency consolidation.
Experience in gaming fintech or payments industries preferred (PSP AML/CTF player fund segregation).
Strong analytical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
