Job Summary

Our Finance teams are integral to supporting the business achieve its goals and youll see the impact of your contribution on our business as we collectively deliver against Our Purpose: creating extraordinary place connecting and enriching communities.

We have eight different internal P&Ls that our finance professionals work with providing opportunities to move around continually develop different skillsets and work in an area of our business that they are passionate about.

Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Finance Analysts to join our Operations Finance these roles youll partner with teams across the business to manage controllable income and expenses support financial decision-making and drive commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver accurate management reporting variance analysis and insights across month-end budget and forecast cycles.
Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Deliver financial support and analysis to the teams you work with helping them understand key drivers and performance metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
Engage with cross-functional finance teams and operational business partners to align on commercial outcomes and support the end-to-end financial process.

About You

Youre a commercially focused finance professional with:

A relevant undergraduate degree and CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong experience in a Financial business partnering role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with JDE and TM1 is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
