- Lead the delivery of Management Reporting requirements within the FP&A stream of Finance Transformation
- Support financial planning and reporting analytics solutions that align with finance future state architecture
- 24-month secondment with hybrid working and flexible leave options
Join Suncorps Finance Transformation team as a Finance SME for Management Reporting. Youll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value outcomes support solution design and ensure alignment with our future-state finance architecture. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the F&A transformation projects and empower teams to achieve impactful results.
What Youll Do
- Partner with Finance & Advice teams and Corporate Platforms to align transformation solutions with future-state architecture
- Support business requirement gathering enabling executive sign-off and reducing dependency on business resource constraints
- Apply expertise from previous finance implementations to inform stakeholder discussions and drive best practice
- Ensure delivery of high-value outcomes for the Finance Value Stream balancing scope time cost quality and business benefits
- Support architects with solution design ensuring business requirements are met and benefits realised
- Resolve decisions and problems promptly during delivery testing and hypercare
What Youll Bring
- Experience as a Finance SME or similar role in financial services (3 years)
- Expertise in business requirement gathering and supporting solution design (2 years)
- Proven track record managing complex transformation projects and delivering high-value outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of finance systems architecture and process technology
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Relevant degree in Finance Accounting Business or equivalent skills//CPA and Project Management certification (desired)
