ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking Customer Service superstars to join our head office team in Wangara.
If you enjoy helping customers thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build confidence in a supportive environment this role is perfect for you. You will be part of our Operations and Customer Support crew assisting clients and colleagues with a variety of vehicle-related tasks.
Every day is different but your day-to-day duties will include:
Answering customer enquiries via phone email and live chat
Completing requests and enquiries within agreed service delivery timeframes
Collaborating with other areas of the business to find solutions to client requirements and following them through to resolution
Developing existing relationships identifying maximising and converting additional sales opportunities
Maintaining client databases reporting and general administration
Providing general administration and customer support as required
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
If you have worked in retail hospitality or any role where youve helped people face-to-face or over the phone you already have a great foundation.
We are looking for people who:
Enjoy helping others and going the extra mile
Communicate clearly and confidently
Work well in a team and asks for help when needed
Stay organised and can manage multiple tasks
Are curious solutions-focused and eager to learn
Have basic computer skills (email Word etc.) well teach you the rest
Are available to work between 5am-5pm WST as the team has a varying schedule
Experience in fleet sales or associated industries is beneficial but not essential comprehensive training and support will be provided
