KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Night Shift Recruitment Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team during US/EU business hours. This role is key in ensuring a seamless candidate experience by managing scheduling preparing candidates for interviews and supporting onboarding. By taking on coordination and documentation tasks the Recruitment Coordinator enables recruiters to focus on interviewing and closing offers.
Manage interview scheduling confirm attendance follow up with candidates and handle rescheduling.
Share interview guidelines and perform basic technical checks with candidates (e.g. internet connectivity).
Attend client interviews to provide documentation support note-taking and candidate facilitation.
Respond to social media recruitment inquiries during after-hours.
Support candidate onboarding and ensure required documentation is submitted.
Maintain accurate records in Recruitee and keep trackers updated.
Provide handover updates to the day-shift recruitment team to ensure smooth transitions.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
12 years of experience in recruitment coordination HR administration or related functions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Experience with ATS tools (Recruitee preferred) is an advantage.
Willingness to work a permanent night shift (US time zone).
