Job Summary

Do you have experience in candidate search and want to build strong teams in CD PROJEKT RED We are looking for a new teammate to the Recruitment team ! If you are passionate about hiring speak both Polish and English fluently and have excellent organizational skills this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Daily responsibilities

Identifying and sourcing potential candidates using mainly Linkedin and other proprietary recruitment tools.
Preparing and publishing job ads.
Screening resumes scheduling interviews.
Handling communication with candidates.
Supporting the Recruitment team in administrative tasks related to hiring processes.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Min. 1 year experience in candidate search or supporting recruitment processes in an agency or inhouse.
Graduate of HR Management/Psychology/Social Science or students in their final years.
Fluent Polish and English.
Good command of Linkedin search features and willingness to explore it.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude.
Meticulous to everyday tasks.
Great time-management skills and strong communication skills will help you thrive in this role.
Interest in talent acquisition and video games too!

Additional Information :

Working mode

Office-First: working primarily in the Warsaw studio in a full time or hybrid mode (obligatory on site 3 days per week).
Full time or 4/5 job.
