The Security Coordinator balances protection and productivity leading with integrity making tough calls and creating a safe environment where the mission can move at speed.
Lead Security Operations: Maintain and enforce security standards across facility operations ensuring compliance with federal and company policies.
Operational Readiness: Operate and train staff on ETD x-ray machines and canine screening services to detect threats without slowing throughput.
Leadership Under Pressure: Model decisiveness and professionalism when addressing security concerns including saying no to higher-level personnel when standards are at risk.
Dual Environment Impact: Balance administrative duties (report writing Microsoft Office tasks) with hands-on warehouse oversight.
Emergency Response: Remain available for rare on-call incidents (3 in 6 years historically) demonstrating reliability and commitment to safety.

Must have served in the U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Experience in security law enforcement corrections or military roles.
Familiarity with security technology (ETD x-ray machines) training provided.
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong report-writing skills.
Willingness to work MondayFriday shifts (73 84 or 62).
Occasional on-call duty (rare emergencies only).
