Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide support for internal communication including Corporate events and employee engagement programmes from design to execution
- Design internal communication promotion materials for various initiatives and campaigns
- Assist in creating digital content and handle internal communication platforms to engage diverse target audience effectively
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of programmes and events
- Manage financial data procurement process and administrative matters for the team and maintain proper documentation as required
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of various internal communication events and programmes
Requirements
- Matriculated
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in organisation development
- Be responsible and able to work well as a team and independently with good attention to details
- With positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeline
- Hands-on experience in visual communication data analytics and content management
- Be open-minded adaptable and agile in responding to change
- Experience in digital platforms media and AI tools would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
