.Certified System Administrator (CSA) MUST
.Certified Application Developer (CAD) - MUST
.Extensive experience in end-to-end ServiceNow development including Service Catalog Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Knowledge Management HR Case and Knowledge Management Employee Service Center and Service Portal
.ServiceNow Administration with expertise in Server installation and configuration platform upgrades instance cloning and performance optimization for system reliability and efficiency
.Experience in gathering core configuration requirements from stake holders translate these into design model and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers
.Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific organizational requirements ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
.Experienced in Agile environments and implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to enhance software quality
.Strategic problem solver adept at analyzing business requirements and designing tailored ServiceNow solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise workflows
.Design and configure ServiceNow modules to align with Service Portfolio Management strategies providing a comprehensive view of services and their lifecycles
.Design and implement new functionalities using Business Rules Script Includes UI Policies and Client Scripts
.Develop and manage complete ServiceNow service catalog with different items options and steps to make it easy for users to request services
.Experience in import Sets for data loading from external files or databases to the SNOW instance
.Strong Data Mining Data Analysis Decision Modeling skills
.Understanding of JIRA/JTMF and Confluence platforms
