Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience in ServiceNow GRCIRM to lead the design development and deployment of enterprise Governance Risk Compliance and Integrated Risk Management solutions

Job Description

Lead the architecture design and implementation of comprehensive ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions aligned with organizational risk and compliance strategies
Utilize deep expertise in ServiceNow platform modules including Governance Risk Compliance Integrated Risk Management and Audit Management
Apply strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals such as Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset and Service Catalog modules
Develop and customize ServiceNow components using JavaScript business rules client scripts UI policies ACLs and data policies
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow product features best practices and industry trends to ensure innovative solution delivery
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate GRCIRM solutions seamlessly into enterprise environments
Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement within virtual and global teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow GRCIRM solutions that meet complex business and regulatory requirements
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including scripting and automation to enhance platform functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve platform configuration scripting and integration issues efficiently Conduct vendor security and compliance assessments leveraging ServiceNow Compliance and Risk applications
Lead and mentor junior team members providing technical guidance and fostering skill development
Engage actively in project planning requirements gathering validation sessions and SCRUM ceremonies
Maintain clear and effective communication documentation and presentation to support project success
Manage multiple complex tasks independently while collaborating with customers and delivery teams to ensure timely project deliveryRequestor
