What youll do
Were looking for a Payroll Systems Analyst to join our People and Brand team and help drive payroll excellence. With a passion for payroll systems technical expertise and a commitment to innovation you will play a critical role in maintaining HR/payroll systems and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing.
As the Payroll Systems Analyst youll support the effective operation of our payroll function by maintaining and configuring our Preceda system integrating system components and managing key data updates for HR and payroll this role youll also deliver actionable insights through payroll reporting ensuring payroll accuracy and contributing to our ongoing success in employee management operations.

What Youll Need to Succeed
Were seeking a motivated and collaborative individual who blends technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in HR/Payroll systems or equivalent professional experience coupled with a minimum of 2 years in a similar Payroll/HR Systems support role. Youll bring proven experience in working with payroll teams to resolve system challenges integrating HR/Payroll systems and managing payroll analytics and reporting. Advanced Excel skills such as Power Query for data analysis and familiarity with reporting tools like Oracle HCM are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders are key along with a collaborative mindset to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
