Job Title: Residential Development Manager
Location: Sleaford Lincolnshire
Salary:up to 24000 bonus
Working Hours: Full-time
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE PSB
Qualifications Required:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (Essential)

• Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Services (Desirable)

Experience in Years Required:

• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager with evidence of Good Ofsted inspections

• Experience in setting up and opening childrens homes (Desirable)

We are seeking adynamic proactive leader with a proven track record in childrens residential care. You will have the drive to oversee the development and launch of new homes ensuring they are Ofsted-ready compliant and equipped with strong teams from day one.
