Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing timely accurate and friendly support . Youll help resolve issues answer questions and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Pay Rate $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers via phone and in person
• Document customer interactions in ourCRM system

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role (13 years preferred)
• Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Outlook Word and CCCOne
• Empathy patience and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with scheduling
• High school diploma or equivalent
