The Education Program Coordinator is formally positioned within the College of Operations Team reporting to the College of Business Manager (College of Operations Team). However the role is embedded within the School of Education working closely with the School Executive Team to ensure the smooth coordination of academic programs and strategic initiatives. This dual engagement is essential to delivery high-quality operational support tailored to the Schools needs.
The College of Operations Team is a digitally capable multiskilled team that provides essential technical operational and project support across all disciplines enabling the Universitys core goals of excellence in student experience and research. The School of Education one of Murdochs most established schools offers a vibrant and collegial environment with a strong commitment to impactful research and high-quality teacher education. With a diverse student base and strong national and international networks the School delivers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs both locally and offshore.
Your New Role!
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Education Program Coordinator to join our team within the College of Operations Team. This key role is based in the School of Education supporting program delivery and providing leadership and administrative support to the School of Executive Team.
You will play a central role in delivering the Leap Program in alignment with Department of Education requirements ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students and staff. The position also supports international and domestic postgraduate candidates and contributes to the development and maintenance of strategic education partnerships with organisations such as the Department of Education AISWA CEOWA and local schools.

This Continuous Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $97743.00 $107690.00 (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
