The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director Staff Equity Diversity and Inclusion this role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team working to advance equity inclusion and belonging for Monash staff. With a focus on promoting inclusive workplace practices across the entire employee lifecycle you will help enhance equity foster a sense of belonging and contribute to shaping a culture where all staff can thrive.

• Project management skills with emphasis on impact and ensuring compliance

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert advice on inclusive practice supporting the development of staff-focused EDI initiatives and strategies
• Driving the implementation of HR-led actions across multiple EDI-related action plans and monitoring progress
• Collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders to embed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle
• Managing EDI-related projects reporting on impact and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislations
• Facilitating consultations and engagement activities to build awareness and capability
