We provide a total end-to-end service starting with a tailored finance and location strategy acquisitions of properties and continuing through contracts finance and settlement. Our team is committed to removing the guesswork from property investment by providing ongoing support and resources at every stage of the journey.

About the Role!

As a Discovery Consultant you sit at the centre of AllianceCorps growth engine. Each day you will lead high-quality structured discovery conversations with pre-qualified clients who are actively exploring property investment as a pathway to long-term financial security.

Your conversations will span a wide range of life stages and motivations. You might speak with a solo parent looking to create stability for their family a couple wanting to expand their portfolio someone approaching retirement who is concerned about their super or clients seeking passive income and greater financial freedom. No two conversations are the same.

Your role is to understand each clients situation as it is today. Their goals motivations constraints concerns and setbacks. You will educate them on property investment fundamentals outline realistic options and scenarios and help them gain clarity on what is possible for them.

This is a senior sales role with clear performance expectations. You will manage multiple discovery sessions each day and are accountable for converting qualified prospects into registered clients.

Success comes from your ability to balance strong commercial outcomes with trust credibility and a genuinely consultative approach.

You will work closely with Property Wealth Planners Property Education Consultants Client Services and internal teams to ensure clients are set up for success once they progress through the journey.

Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship will support you to deepen your expertise in property investment and finance while continuing to lift performance.

What You Will Bring

  • Two or more years of experience in consultative sales ideally within property investment a property group or a professional client services environment
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-performance role
  • The ability to lead confident high-level conversations with financially capable clients
  • Strong communication presentation negotiation and influencing skills
  • Commercial discipline self-motivation and a values-driven approach to sales
