Job Summary

Job Description:

As we work to transform and optimize Mars a new program has been mobilized by the Mars leadership team. The program is focused on the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA in Mars across Segments (Petcare Corporate Snacking & Food). Much more than a simple Lift and Shift this program will undertake a major process simplification and harmonization scope as we digitally transform our business.

The program will focus primarily on eight mega process areas: Finance Source to Pay (procurement and vendor mgmt.) Plan to Fulfill (manufacturing and distribution) Lead to Cash (order processing and payment) Governance Engage to Consume (marketing) Idea to Market (R&D) and Recruit to Retire (HR). This program requires a Technology and Transformation Team for delivering the technical foundations and operational readiness of the S/4HANA Transformation.

As part of the Transformation Team the test workstream will deliver a robust best practice test service which will be scalable to meet the requirements of Mars future deployments. This team will provide a robust strategy governance methodology tooling and quality.

As part of this transformation a new role has been created for a Senior Test Lead to drive quality assurance efforts to our SAP S/4HANA environment.

What are we looking for

Have profound knowledge of testing management processes and standards
Experience in Testing Lead role in complex transformation projects with emphasis on large scale SAP projects
Excellent understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall hybrid agile agile)
Be very well organized with experience in effectively setting deadlines delegating and assigning responsibilities followed by monitoring summarizing aligning and communicating the testing plans status across various stakeholder groups ensuring clear ownership is established for all activities

What will be your key responsibilities

Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars Inc. within self and team.
Digital Core Test Strategy: Collaborate and define Test Strategy working with testing team members that will be used for all future Mars deployment.
Test Management: Manage the delivery of multiple deployments across Segments (Petcare Corporate Snacking & Food). Provide Governance and Guidance to Deployment teams to ensure the Digital Core Test Strategy is adopted and adhered to during the implementation of S/4HANA. Provide management and coordination across multiple System Integrator and Business Integrator to ensure delivery meets the expectations of Mars.
Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for SAP projects covering various testing phases like unit testing system integration testing (SIT) user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live validation. Manage any conflicts in timelines with key stakeholders.
