Senior Speech Pathologist Joondalup

• Salary Range: $109079 - $113933 Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18550)
• Full/Part time role based in Joondalup

About the Opportunity

This permanent full-time role offers you the chance to work with children young people and adults with diverse disabilities. Youll provide expert assessment therapy and support while collaborating with families carers and our multidisciplinary team to create meaningful outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive speech pathology assessments and develop tailored intervention plans

• Provide evidence-based therapy across speech language fluency mealtimes and social communication.

• Collaborate with families educators and allied professionals to promote meaningful communication and participation.

• Manage a varied caseload of NDIS and private clients with full support

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membership
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in disability or related field
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and knowledge
• Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities autism or complex needs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Current drivers licence and willingness to travel between sites
