Job Summary
Senior Assistant Manager Brunswick Hotel Step Up as 2IC
Brunswick Hotel is on the hunt for a seasoned confident Senior Assistant Manager ready to take charge and operate as the Venue Managers right hand. This is a true 2IC role perfect for someone who owns the floor leads big teams with ease and knows how to run a busy venue end-to-end.
Youll oversee bustling bar bistro gaming and functions trade drive team performance and be trusted with key operational responsibilities that keep the Brunswick running like a well-oiled machine.
A day in the life of a Senior Assistant Manager:
- Acting as second-in-command and stepping up to run the venue
- Driving service standards across bar bistro & gaming
- Coaching and developing a large diverse team
- Overseeing nightly operations compliance and venue performance
- Supporting rostering training stock control & daily management tasks
- Being highly visible on the floor and setting the tone for each shift
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA/RSG RMLV and Approved Managers Lience as per state requirements
