The Opportunity

As Assistant Development Manager youll support the Industrial Development team by delivering analytics reporting and hands-on project coordination across a diverse portfolio of industrial assets.

You will make an impact by:

Supporting the Industrial Development team through analytics reporting and project coordination across a range of development opportunities.

• Delivering insightsthrough feasibility modelling cost tracking and financial analysis for live and potential industrial projects

• Supporting projectsfrom origination to delivery including documentation stakeholder coordination and planning approvals

• Managing reportingacross internal and external stakeholders including Investment Committee papers leasing updates and development forecasts

• Partnering with teamsto identify commercial solutions prepare leasing submissions and collaborate on marketing and positioning of assets

About You

Youre a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for property development and a collaborative mindset. Youll bring:

• Relevant qualificationsin Property Business Law Planning or a related field with further studies in valuation or project management viewed favourably

• Industry experiencein property development leasing or project support with strong financial modelling budgeting and forecasting capabilities

• Commercial acumenand a solid understanding of lease structures development processes and stakeholder engagement

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently negotiate effectively and build trusted relationships

• A proactive and adaptable approach demonstrating Dexus behaviours: Collaborate with Purpose Drive Value and Unlock Possibilities
