Lead an enterprise SAP transformation!

Aurizon is delivering a multi-stream SAP Transformation across HR/Payroll Finance Procurement and migrating to SAP on RISE. and were after a two Senior Project Managers who can turn strategy into disciplined delivery balancing scope schedule cost quality and benefits across complex workstreams.

What youll do

Own delivery of assigned program streams (HR/Payroll Finance Procurement and Core Migration to SAP on RISE) within the broader SAP transformation.
Build and maintain the Project Management Plan (WBS milestones dependencies baselines change control).
Manage monitor and control day-to-day delivery against plan and relevant functional operational and legal requirements.
Report with impact to Sponsor/Program Manager/Senior Managementcalling out actual and emerging time/cost/quality variance early.
Land clean close-outs: asset handover financial closure and audit readiness.
Lead and mentor project teams; contribute to program forums and resourcing across streams.

Were looking for someone with:

10 years in project management with 5 years leading enterprise-level transformations (ERP/SAP or equivalent) across HR/Payroll Finance and Procurement.
Strong financial/commercial acumen and vendor/contract management in multi-supplier environments.
Executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication; confident in steer-cos and contested decision forums.
Formal PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/MSP/Agile) highly regarded.
