Job Summary
About the role:
Signature Staff is seeking an experienced Duty Manager / Floor Supervisor to support our client at a busy venue in Port Douglas over the peak holiday period. This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for someone confident leading a team and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements:
Proven experience as a Duty Manager Floor Supervisor or similar
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Solid understanding of RSA procedures
No RMLV required
