What Youll Be Doing:
This opportunityinvolves managing a team of approximately 45employees basedout ofourCoffs Harbourdepot where you willoverseethe daily operations and ensure the success andadherenceof ourscheduled bus to theArea Manageryou will play a key roletosupport our Service Deliveryteaminachievingour vision of being Australias leading public transport company.

The role responsibilities include butarentlimited to:

  • Taking a hands-on approach to handling all daily operations of a bus depot such as employee dispatch payrollrosteringetc.
  • Maintaining effective recruitment &selectionto ensure a full complement of drivers and administration staff.
  • Leading the implementation of company-wide systems and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and contractual performance standards and meeting KPIs.
  • Auditing and ensuring that all Service Delivery related reports are beingproperly investigatedand actioned.
  • Coaching team members and developing their performance offering feedback anddemonstratingthe desired skills and expected work ethic within your team.
  • Providing afterhourssupport to key personnel and emergency services.
  • Managing relationships and communication with external stakeholders such as schools local authorities and key community groups.
  • Ensuring adherence to Workplace Health and Safety legislation
  • Quality Assurance standards aremaintained.

What Youll Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience inmanagementwith a focus on employee engagement and motivation
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to planprioritiseand meet deadlines
  • Anunderstandingof WHS regulations and practices
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Local knowledge of CoffsHarbourhighly regarded
  • Intermediate practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
  • Be an Australian CitizenorPermanent Resident
  • Hold a current Unrestricted Australiandriverslicence issued by the relevant State
